All machines were up and working. Tables are built high for easy folding. Clean. Comfortable seats would be a nice touch.
DO NOT DO LAUNDRY HERE! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! This place is HORRIBLE!! If I could rate it ZERO stars, I definitely would. There is NEVER any soap in the disgusting bathroom. Never. The laundromat is FILTHY. Constantly. There are never any employees there. Every time I need to do laundry, at LEAST one dryer doesn't work properly, if at all. Of course, you put one quarter in to start, see if the dryer works, blah blah blah, but these dryers will quit working once you put additional money into them. As I am folding my own laundry, I have also advised other people to not waste their time and money with certain dryers because they are not functional. If you want to waste your time further, you can write up a complaint form saying you lost your money and what machine was not functional, etc. They'll send you a refund, but 6 months after the loss and after constant reminders. The refund is cash in an envelope...even quarters. Duh. 3 guesses and the first two don't count as to what part of the refund gets lost and falls out of the envelope. Oh, you will also get a handwritten tutorial on how to use a dryer. That's just awesome customer service right there. I would rather drive further and go to Colonial Laundromat. They at least take care of their equipment, and there is someone there that can help you if you need it.
Some of the machines are not in working order (one washer had stagnant water sitting in the wash tub). Both change machines are out of order and there is no soap in the restroom to wash your hands. Besides hard, wooden benches, why not provide more comfortable chairs for people to wait for their laundry during this daunting task?
