I live well outside of their service area and only called them to fact check what the salesman (from a different company) who is installing my pool was telling me.
I did visit two stores near me.....however, it was worth the drive for good service and the brand I wanted.
It has been a week since Royal Fiberglass installed our new pool. I am very pleased with there product as well as there very helpful staff. The owner, Jay, spent a couple of hours with my wife and I and shared his knowledge of the product and the precise installation process. Any and every question I had during our process was immediately answered professionally by the entire staff. Charlotte is an exceptional pool coordinator. Always, in control of every step along the way! As for the crew that installed our pool, nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL !! Curtis, Joe, and Sean transformed our backyard into a little slice of paradise that will host future memories for years to come. Curtis is an amazing excavator that I was blown away with his precise maneuvers, Joe had Sean were just as awesome and impressed me with there strength and endurance on the hottest days of summer. Royal Fiberglass Pools is the only pool company I would recommend. Truly an awesome experience from start to finish !!!!
He put my pool in they were nice as can be till I signed the contract !! numerous issue's at every stage, fought toothe an nail to have numerous mistakes corrected and done right .still not happy.Jay is and was smug,rude and over aggressively argumentative and hot headed. My pool still has black blistering from thin gelcoating to this day!

Purchased a Beachcomber hot tub from these folks. I was and am very pleased working with Royal. I knew I wanted a beachcomber but there are no dealers near me. Sonya took time to speak with me by phone, email photos and specs and help me make a decision without seeing the tub in person. I drove 2.5 hours to get the tub and so far so good. Minor technical glitch they talked me through.
